This Thursday October 30th on the eve of Halloween, RUFF will be hosting their annual Doggie Trick-or Treat at Richmond Street dog run. Starting at 6:00pm, Chat with local dog owners and enjoy treats for dogs and owners alike as the doggie trick-or-treating will go through the North End and will follow with neighbors celebrating with some “spirits!”
