“Italianissimo” is the celebrated annual fundraiser for an Italian cultural center in Boston, now in its third year, hosted by the Consulate General of Italy. This year, the effort received a boost by a visit from the Mayor of Rome, Ignazio Marino, who joined Consul General of Italy, Giuseppe Pastorelli, and Boston Mayor Marty Walsh at the event held on May 31, 2014. Over 300 guests came out to the former Filene’s building, currently under construction in Downtown Crossing by Millennium Partners with dinner cuisine by Chef Dante de Magistris. Photographer Rosario Scabin shares these celebrity photos.
