The rain mostly held off for the big Trick or Treating hours on Thursday in the North End / Waterfront neighborhood with lots of fun at the ROC Carnival at Nazzaro and the RUFF / NEMPAC events on the Prado. North End families enjoyed the 67th Annual Outdoor Halloween Party on Sunday, October 28, 2018. The highlight was the parade through the North End streets. Leading the parade were members from the Saint Alfio’s Band with music selections ranging from Ghostbusters, Mickey Mouse, When Saints Come Marching In and, of course, the Italian feast procession favorites.
