The rain mostly held off for the big Trick or Treating hours on Thursday in the North End / Waterfront neighborhood with lots of fun at the ROC Carnival at Nazzaro and the RUFF / NEMPAC events on the Prado. There was live music by the Moldy Suitcases, great food, creative costumes and all-around fun at this year’s Halloween Party at Filippo’s. The fun-raiser was organized by North End resident, Becca Griffin, who is developing a Boston Community Collaborative as a platform to build community. Photos by Matt Conti.
