Photos of what the North End / Waterfront looked like under Friday’s “Shelter in Place” lockdown as the manhunt continued in Watertown. The streets were fairly free of vehicles, but we found several neighborhood shops open for business. North End BINGO fans came out on Sunday afternoon to the Nazzaro Community Center for one of our own, Roseann Sdoia. Seriously injured in the Boston Marathon bombings, the North End resident had to have part of her leg amputated. North Enders have an interesting definition of “shelter in place.” Love this neighborhood! I’m getting slush.
