  2. There was a massive party at 484 (not 480) commercial street, which is nothing out of the ordinary but definitely newsworthy.

  3. I’m surprised and disappointed that no arrests were made. I suppose the landlord is the real criminal though. Note the red drinking cups and random party paraphernalia that was thrown from the building during the party and is now littering Commercial street.

    This is a BLOG, not an online newspaper (although Matt does an amazing job of posting local news in near real time). He can post whatever he considers relevant. It does not have to be "newsworthy" according to yours, mine or anyone but Matt’s definition.
