16 Hull St., Peter McGinnis (owner), has filed an application seeking Board of Appeal approval to change use from 5 residential units to 8 residential units as part of plans to renovate the entire building.
Cross Street Sidewalk Changes
7:20 PM – 7:50 PM
Cross Street Sidewalk: The Committee will review and discuss a draft NEWRA comment letter on BRA-proposed changes and outdoor table arrangements along the Cross Street sidewalk in front of the Martignetti building.
NEWRA Good Neighbor Agreement
7:50 PM – 8:30 PM
NEWRA Good Neighbor Agreement: The Committee will continue its discussions toward creating a Good Neighbor Agreement intended to be signed by applicants seeking NEWRA support for changes to buildings, business operations and/or alcohol licenses.
NEWRA’s Zoning, Licensing & Construction Committee acts to preserve, protect and enhance the residential character of the area by reviewing all proposed construction, reconstruction and use changes for compliance with city codes and harmony with existing neighborhood uses and features. The committee is especially vigilant with regard to late night, entertainment and liquor licenses impact on the neighborhood.
