Yanni is a Senior Vice President and Partner in the development group at Colliers International, a major commercial real estate firm, where he specializes in the permitting and development of large-scale urban projects in Boston, including hotel, office, multifamily, and institutional product types. Yanni is active in a number of civic activities in Boston and is a member of the Boston Landmarks Commission and Fort Point Channel Landmark District Commission.
A Boston native and resident, Yanni holds bachelor’s degrees in Urban Studies and Planning and Civil Engineering from MIT and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from MIT. He is the author of four books about the history of Boston’s transportation infrastructure.
