11:00AM Emergency Informational Meetings on Temporary Heaters & Outdoor Dining. The City’s Licensing Board, in partnership with an interdepartmental team including, but not limited to, the Boston Fire Department, the Inspectional Services Department, the Boston Transportation Department, the Public Improvement Commission, the Department of Public Works, the Office of Economic Development, and the Mayor’s Office of of Neighborhood Services will hold two virtual informational hearings regarding temporary heaters and outdoor dining on Sept. 17 & 21. 4:00PM Emergency Licensing Board North End Mandatory Virtual Hearing. The Licensing Board for the City of the Boston will conduct a virtual emergency informational hearing regarding all establishments located in the North End holding a Common Victualler License (food only) or a Common Victualler License with Alcoholic Beverages (the “North End Licensees”). This meeting is mandatory. Any North End licensee failing to attend will be subject to immediate revocation of any temporary extension onto outdoor space granted by the Board and potential additional disciplinary action. 6:00PM Harbor Garage Redevelopment Virtual Impact Advisory Group Meeting. This meeting is open to members of the general public, however, please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members, see additional details here.
