In honor of the Lunar New Year, Faneuil Hall Marketplace will host a number of activities from January 25 to February 10 to celebrate.
From January 25 to February 10, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in the Lunar New Year Affirmation Board located in the lower Rotunda of Quincy Market. To participate, visitors can select a card based on their zodiac sign where they will write their age, hometown and an affirmation for the New Year to be displayed on the board. New Year affirmations will be shared on the Faneuil Hall Marketplace social pages.
On January 27 to January 31 and February 3 to February 6 come down to Faneuil Hall Marketplace for Red Lantern crafts in the lower Rotunda of Quincy Market from 12 to 2pm. Participants will have the option to hang their lanterns in the Rotunda during the course of the celebration.
