Neighborhood Photos: First Snowstorm of the Season

The first snowstorm of the season has arrived in Boston. The storm began Sunday evening but the bulk of the snow came Monday night into Tuesday, closing many schools and local businesses. According to the Boston Globe, Boston had 5.7 inches as of Tuesday morning. Farther west, residents are seeing much more accumulation – Natick had 11 inches as of 7:23 a.m. and Plainfield was up to a whopping 22.5!

This post features some snowy photos shared by North End / Waterfront residents. Send in your photos to be added by using our Submit a Post form, via email to or tag @northend.waterfront on Instagram.
