The price of Real Estate is totally insane for what is being offered. Is the condo soundproof, can you hear your
neighbors walking, talking or hear their t.v. What kind of heat are you getting? Forced Hot Water is the best.
I bet all of them offer Forced Hot Air only, if not Electric, which is extremely costly. The Price of Real Estate is
like Highway Robbery without a Gun.
The value/price of anything is based on what someone is willing to pay for it.
