The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 7 p.m. at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet Street.

Note this meeting is being held on Tuesday due to the holiday.

At this month’s meeting, a petition will be heard to transfer an existing wines and malt beverages license held by The Daily Catch at 2 Northern Ave. to 65 Atlantic Ave. to operate a Daily Catch restaurant with bar at the existing Golden Goose Cafe location. Another petition will be heard to amend the beer and wine license at 123-125 Salem St., formerly La Galleria 33, to stay open later and add a small bar.

Ricky Grant, Suffolk County District Attorney’s Chief of Community Engagement will also join the meeting for a community chat around neighborhood concerns of homelessness and increased drug use.
