Volunteers from MGH’s Institute of Health Professionals recently spent the day at the Eliot Lower School for a Community Volunteer Impact project.
The volunteers helped weed, plant, and clean at the lower school campus on Charter Street in the North End. Ms. Atkins, the Eliot School’s climate and culture coordinator, helped coordinate this opportunity to improve the grounds and garden at the school.
Principal Traci Walker Griffith thanked the volunteers saying, “We are so appreciative of their hard work and willingness to give back to our community.”
