The 16th annual International Sand Sculpting Festival took place this past weekend at Revere Beach.

Thousands of people gathered at America’s first public beach to see these impressive sculptures, in addition to visiting food trucks and other vendors lining the Revere boardwalk. Melineige Beauregard’s “Nest” sculpture, pictured above, was this year’s first place winner.

  1. I use the MGH clinic in Revere and had the opportunity to watch these incredibly talented people create their exhibits. Awesome 👍 is the perfect word to describe their work.
