Tall Ship News: Capitan Miranda and USS Constitution

A Uruguayan Navy tall ship is docked at Fan Pier through this Friday and the USS Constitution will be making a turnaround in the harbor leaving Charlestown around 8AM, read more on Caught in Southie.
