Related Beal announced that the team behind fast casual restaurants Love Art Sushi and Love Art Udon, will introduce its latest concepts, Love Art Poke, at Congress Square in the Financial District and POKE by Love Art at The Beverly near North Station. These locations add to the growing list of dining concepts that Related Beal is bringing to the city and will offer a new healthy food choice for the thousands of residents and employees now living and working in these prominent downtown areas.
“We recognize the demand for fast and healthy food options in the city, and we are thrilled to introduce our newest concept Love Art Poke and POKE by Love Art to Boston,” said founding partner of Momo No Yume INC., Ronald Liu. “The Beverly and Congress Square are situated in two prime locations that attract a multitude of people walking through the area every day, and we look forward to becoming a part of the community.”
Created by local co-owners Liu and Jessica Chiep, Love Art Poke and POKE by Love Art embrace the fast-casual counter service style designed to create a seamless ordering process for customers. Love Art Poke offers a unique blend of marinated mixes found at any traditional poke shack or grocery store on the Hawaiian Islands. Each bowl will include a grain base, a collection of sides customers can add, and marinated poke mixes topped off with signature sauces. Menu items will include options for all tastes, including everything from the Spicy Hawaiian (House shoyu marinated tuna with mixed in veggies) to more adventurous options such as the Hilo Tako (Seared octopus marinated in a light citrus dressing with crunchy radish). Vegan options, such as the Wakame Seaweed and Hawaiian Inari Mix, will also be available.
“We always seek to introduce innovative dining concepts that our residents, tenants and neighbors will enjoy,” said Kimberly Sherman Stamler, President of Related Beal. “We are thrilled to welcome the Love Art team to The Beverly and Congress Square. This provides a new quick, healthy food option for the many employees, residents and visitors passing through these highly accessible, transit-oriented locations every day.”
At Congress Square, the redevelopment of the former Fidelity Investment headquarters, Love Art Poke will soon open at 40 Water Street. The interior is designed to preserve the natural structure of the historic building, while adding modern touches to match the elegant exterior. Artwork from local artists across New England will also be featured at this location. Owned by Related Fund Management, Congress Square is creating a new corridor in the Financial District that connects Government Center, Faneuil Hall, Post Office Square and Downtown Crossing. In addition to office space that is home to WeWork and several Publicis Groupe brands that include Digitas, MSL and Sapient, Congress Square will offer 43,000 square feet of retail and introduce an exceptional pedestrian-oriented food and beverage destination along a completely transformed Quaker Lane.
Located at 103 Beverly Street, POKE by Love Art will offer an abridged menu to Love Art Poke and serve as an express location. The fast casual restaurant joins A&B Burgers, Central Rock Gym and a 220-room Courtyard by Marriot Boston Downtown/North Station at The Beverly, home to the first 100 percent workforce and affordable housing that Boston has seen in 25 years. The retail space is now 100 percent leased, signifying the growth of a neighborhood that continues to thrive with new dining, fitness and entertainment options.
Related Beal has a history of incorporating exceptional dining experiences into their residential offerings. At The Beverly, Northshore favorite A&B Burgers opened its first Boston location this year. Across the street, Lovejoy Wharf introduced the neighborhood’s first waterfront dining option, Alcove. Most recently the team behind award-winning Juliet opened Peregrine at The Whitney Hotel in Beacon Hill, owned by Related Fund Management, and re-developed by Related Beal. And in the Back Bay, Related Beal’s The Clarendon is home to Post 390. In New York City, Related recently welcomed a renowned culinary collection at Hudson Yards with concepts from renowned chefs Thomas Keller, David Chang, Costas Spiliadis, and Jose Andrés. Related’s Time Warner Center is home to Per Se, PorterHouse, Masa, Momofuku Noodle Bar and BlueBird from D&D London.
