The June Zoning, Licensing and Construction (ZLC) Committee meeting will be held Tuesday, June 25 at 7 p.m. at the Mariners House.
The ZLC will hear an appeal to erect a five-story building atop the existing single story building at 97 Salem St. The new building would have a commercial space on the ground floor, four residential units, and a private roof deck. There will also be an appeal to change the legal occupancy at 49-49R Charter St. from six residential units to eight by legalizing the basement living space and building a one-story addition.
