Five students grades 4-8 made it to the final round of the Eliot School’s Annual Spelling Bee. The winner, Nicla from grade 6, will compete in the BCYF Citywide Spelling Bee in March!

The Eliot Spelling Bee was moderated by Nazzaro Center Director Steve Siciliano. Congratulations to the five finalists: Tejas (grade 4), Teddy (grade 5), Nicla (grade 6), Isaiah (grade 7) and Ira (grade 8).

Nicla will compete for the second year in a row at the BCYF Citywide Bee on March 16. She finished in second place at last year’s Citywide Bee.
