11:00AM City Council Hearing on Boston’s Gas Infrastructure. Members of the public are invited to attend an order for a hearing to examine the safety of the City of Boston’s gas infrastructure, the prevention of dangerous gas leaks and preparedness for emergency response, see additional details here.
4:00PM Edible Haunted Houses: Teen Edition at the North End Library. Teens are invited to get in the Halloween spirit and join us as we make our own delicious Haunted Houses to take home! Students in grades 8 and up are invited to join at 25 Parmenter Street.
6:30PM An Evening with “Inside The Combat Zone” Author Stephanie Schorow. The West End Museum is hosting an evening with Stephanie Schorow at 150 Staniford Street, author of “Inside The Combat Zone: The Stripped Down Story of Boston’s Most Notorious Neighborhood”, see additional details here.
7:00PM Aquarium Lecture Series: The President’s and the People’s Fish. Catherine Schmitt, author of The President’s Salmon; and the Honorable Madonna Soctomah, former Passamaquoddy Tribal Representative with the Maine State Legislature and St. Croix International Waterway Commissioner will present at this aquarium lecture series, see additional details here.

Wednesday, October 31
9:00AM NEWMA Halloween Party. Join the Nazzaro Center at 30 N Bennet Street for their Halloween Party. Wear your orange and black and come party before trick or treating! Kids can decorate a Halloween sugar cookie, make a craft and play some games.
3:00PM North End Neighborhood Halloween Party at the Nazzaro Center. ROC Teen Saturday hosts the North End Neighborhood Halloween Party with the BCYF Nazzaro Community Center and The North End Music & Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC). Families and children of all ages will enjoy games, bouncy houses, haunted house, arts & crafts, and face-painting. Pizza and cider will be served between 4 and 6 p.m.
3:30PM Neighborhood Trick-or-Treating. The North End Waterfront Mothers’ / Fathers’ Association is again sponsoring neighborhood Trick-or-Treati
7:00PM Post Trick-or-Treat Dance Party. Hosted by Boston Community Collaborative, this post trick-or-treating dance party at Filippo’s is for children ages 8 and older, along with their families.
10:00PM 3rd Annual Halloween Party. Join Trattoria ll Panino at 11 Parmenter Street and 280 Hanover Street for their 3rd annual Halloween party.
Thursday, November 1
4:00PM All Saints Day Mass and Procession at St. Leonard Church. All The Local North End Feast And Saints Have Been Invited To Join a Procession Through The Streets Of The North End After Mass at 5pm, with Two Street Bands And Also Church Singers, see additional details here.
5:00PM North Street Grille Neighborhood Night. Join North Street Grille for their Neighborhood Night on the first Thursday of every night when 30% of all sales will go back to the neighborhood, see additional details here.
6:00PM North End Public Safety Meeting. Stop by the Nazzaro Center at 30 North Bennet Street for the North End / Waterfront Public Safety Meeting.
7:00PM Aquarium Lecture Series: Inclusive Community Resilience. Communities across the United States are facing a variety of changes and challenges. Three East Boston leaders are taking steps to engage diverse residents in activities to help foster community resilience in light of the challenges, see additional details here.
