Residents Association Elects New Slate of Officers for 2018-2019 Term

The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) elected a new slate of officers for the 2018-2019 term at its annual meeting on Thursday, October 11th. Outgoing NEWRA President, Mary McGee, handed over the gavel to Cheryl Delgreco who will start the new term as President.

With no opposing nominations, the slate recommended by the NEWRA Elections Committee were introduced by Chair David Kubiak and unanimously elected by voice vote. The incoming officers are:

President: Cheryl Delgreco
Vice President: David Goggins
Treasurer: Sue Benveniste
Secretary: Jennifer Crampton
Sergeant at Arms: Mary Holland

All NEWRA officers are volunteers and their term begins immediately. NEWRA meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month, 7pm at the Nazzaro Center. Meetings are open to the public but only members may vote. Membership is open to North End / Waterfront residents.
