Longtime local real estate business owner, Giancarlo Tiberi, has announced the grand opening of a second Core Property Group office in the North End.
Located at 278 North Street, the new office is accessible to the waterfront and the “south of Hanover” market along with more space for a growing team. The second location joins the flagship CPG office at 44 North Bennet Street. CPG offers a suite of real estate services including sales, rentals, investments and property management.
“I am fortunate to have the best team in the real estate business,” said Tiberi who was recently voted one of the ‘100 most influential real estate agents in MA’ out of 60,000 active agents.
Core Property Group’s first office in Boston’s North End opened in 2011. “When I started my company, I focused on the long term to give my clients the best results and experience,” said Tiberi. “Selling or leasing a piece of property is a big responsibility. When someone hires me, I want them to know that I am looking after their best interest from start to finish. I built my clientele based on trust, honesty and integrity. This has allowed me organically build and grow the business,” he added.
Tiberi spent most of his childhood in the North End after his father migrated from Abruzzo, Italy in the 1970’s. Tiberi’s grandparents came to America shortly after and made their home in the neighborhood.
“The North End is where everything started for my family,” emphasized Tiberi. “My father came from Italy with very little but a great work ethic and a desire to better himself. He didn’t know English and overcame tremendous cultural adversity. The North End has always felt like home to me and always will. I feel extremely grateful to be able to operate my businesses in such a wonderful neighborhood.” Giancarlo Tiberi is also a former member of the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC).
