8:45 AM Eliot School Spring Music Concert. Join NEMPAC at the Eliot school as they host a spring music concert including all grades K-8.

11:00AM Little Groove Concert at the North End Library. Get ready to shake, wiggle, and move with Little Groove at the North End Library at 25 Parmenter Street. Children will have the opportunity to interact with parachutes, puppets, instruments, and more as they learn and play in a fun musical environment.

1:00PM Friday Film Series: The Paranoid Style. Join the North End Library at 25 Parmenter Street for their Friday film series, The Paranoid Style. This week’s movie is “Three Days of the Condor”, see additional details here.

6:00PM Eliot School Gala at City Winery. Join in an evening of fun and friends at the annual Eliot Spring Gala at 80 Beverly Sreet, for more information contact Sam Bartle at sjohnson.bartle@gmail.com or Jaime Dutton at jaime.dutton@gmail.com.

6:30PM Glow in the Park. Join the Rose Kennedy Greenway at High Street & Atlantic Ave for the 4th annual Glow in the Park event, see additional details here.

9:30PM Fireworks over Dorchester Bay. As part of a series of public activations and celebrations marking the beginning of the 86th United States Conference of Mayors Annual Meeting, there will be a fireworks display launched from Columbia Point displayed over Dorchester Bay, see additional information here.

6:00PM Maria Terrone and Marisa Frasca – An Evening of Poetry. Join I AM Books at 189 North Street at Marisa Frasca, a bilingual poet, translator, book reviewer adn author of Via Incanto and Maria Terrone, poetry editor of the journal Italian Americana as they bring together an evening of poetry.

Sunday, June 10

9:00AM Street Hockey Tournament at Gassy/DeFilippo Playground. This years Anthony “Wrinkles” Morella Memorial Street Hockey Tournament will be played at “The Gassy” on Prince St in the North End. All proceeds of the event will support the local New England charity, The Fund for Autistic Children, see additional information here.

12:00PM Dog Park Clean Up! Stop by DeFilippo Playground and help rake and power wash the turf at the dog park.

2:00PM Sidehill Farm Jam Tasting. Stop by Shake at 67 Salem Street to sample jammy treats from SIDEHILL FARM in Vermont. Owned by the Naylor family since the 1970s, Sidehill Farm is one of Brattleboro’s favorite small-batch makers.
