There’s now six new reasons to add the North End waterfront to your bucket list this summer, and you’ll find them at the bar at il Molo, which just refreshed it’s cocktail list to reflect the signature flavors of summer.
Vincent Colafella, the cocktail guru behind il Molo’s standout beverage program, has upgraded the menu with island-inspired creations including the House of the Bourbon Sun which combines amaro, almond liqueur, and a hint of orange ($13); On the Waterfront made with gin, fresh lemon, and pomegranate ($13); the il Molo Mai Tai mixing rums, fresh lemon, and sweet almond Liqueur ($13); The Rosé Wharf featuring rosé vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, sparkling rosé and a lemon twist garnish ($14) and the Limonata Lopi with vodka, lemon, cointreau, limoncello and garnished with a lemon wheel ($13). il Molo will also be serving up oversized wine glasses filled with red and white sangria throughout the summer ($13).
