Wu seeks to limit short-term rentals
Boston City Councilor Michell Wu proposed an amendment to Mayor Marty Walsh’s plan that would bar investors from purchasing properties and renting them through companies like Airbnb as well as require people to notify their neighbors that their home has been registered as a short-term unit, read more on CommonWealth Magazine.
