Boston-Based Ride-Hailing Company Fasten To Shut Down

Boston-based ride-share company Fasten Inc., is shutting down its U.S. operations and returning to its Russian Roots. The Uber and Lyft startup competitor announced that it is being acquired by the Vezet Group, a new company formed through the merger of tow of Russia’s top ride-hailing companies, read more on WBUR.
