RUFF and MassDOT Team Up to Give a Facelift to Richmond Street “Dog Park”

As part of the Mayor’s Boston Shines event, the Mass Department of Transportation is teaming with RUFF and the Mayor’s office to give the Richmond Street park a facelift.
