Today is Tuesday, February 6th and in case you missed it last week, the groundhog saw his shadow indicating we still have a long winter ahead. Whether you believe in the power of Punxsutawney Phil or not, there is one thing you can’t ignore the next winter storm watch that has been posted for tomorrow afternoon.

Tony & Elaine’s May Open in Former Amici Space in Boston’s North End
According to sources, a new restaurant called Tony & Elaine’s is planning to open on N Washington Street, moving into the vacant space where Amici had been. A public hearing notice indicates that Nicholas Frattaroli, restauranteur involved with North Square Oyster, Ward 8, Bodega Canal and more, is set to be the manager of this proposed new restaurant, Boston Restaurant Talk has the inside scoop.
