What to Expect
Due to the small class size the instructor will be able to give you better, more-tailored instructions. Your practice will grow in unexpected ways. You will learn to challenge yourself in a kind and mindful way. You will become more focused, stronger, limber and resilient and leave the class feeling refreshed but calm and peaceful.

Thursdays, January 4 – March 22, 9:15 – 10:15 am (new time)

If due to weather conditions a class must be cancelled, it will be added at the end of the term.
class size: 6 – 8 participants
10-sessions $ 35/session = $ 350
5-sessions $ 45/session = $ 225
prerequisite for dropins:
If you can’t make 10 sessions, you can buy a 5-pack and book additional classes by paying $ 5 extra per session

For hygienic reasons, we recommend bringing your own mat. Mats can be stored at the Healing Center.
If you prefer, you can rent a mat for $ 3 or buy one. We sell reasonably priced mats in the center.
