This month’s North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) meeting will be Thursday, November 9 at the Pilot House on Lewis Wharf. There will be an abbreviated meeting from 6pm – 6:30pm, followed by the Fall Party! See the full agenda below.

The North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) voted against the 471-477 Hanover St. proposal at their February meeting in a vote of 4 in support, 14 opposed. The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) will hold its monthly membership meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2016, 7:00 p.m. at the Nazzaro Community Center. Residents’ Association Opposes Addition to 49-49R Charter Street

The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) voted 26-2 in opposition of a one-story addition at 49-49R Charter Street at their July meeting. The proposal also calls for legalizing the present basement occupancy. The changes would result in a change of the total occupancy from six to eight residential units.
