For the second year in a row, Dhiren Thakkar of The Black Dog Real Estate Group, LLC. has made a donation to sponsor North End Athletic Association’s Fall Youth Soccer Program North End Athletic Association’s Fall Youth Soccer Program. The sponsorship helps pay for the cost of shirts and socks for all the players in the league. Not only does Dhiren Thakkar sponsor our program, but he is one of the coaches of the 10 to 13 year program and helps with overall coordination of the league.
“We are extremely grateful to The Black Dog Real Estate Group, LLC for their continued sponsorship and also to Dhiren Thakkar for his direct involvement with the children in our program,” said John Romano, program coordinator for the NEAA. The program has approximately 125 children, boys and girls ages 4 to 13 years.
The older group plays on Friday evenings from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and the other age groups play on Saturday mornings. All games and practices are at Puopolo Park on Commercial Street.
