The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) will hold a Candidates Night for the District 1 City Council Candidates: Lydia Edwards, Margaret Farmer and Stephen Passacantilli. The event is schedule for September 11, 2017, 7:00 p.m. at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet Street. The candidates night is in advance of the preliminary municipal election on September 26th.
