Marshall Music Scholarship Applications Due to NEMPACThe Geraldine Marshall Scholarship Fund enters its second year of awarding two North End children, under the age of 18, with a full-year scholarship for music lessons or to participate in one of NEMPAC’s artistic programs. The application is available here, award decisions will be made early September.
