Over 100 people crowded into the Amy Lowell Community room to hear Mayor Martin J. Walsh address the West End Civic Association, prior to their scheduled summer meeting on Monday night, August 14, 2017. The event was open to the public, attracting a wider audience than anticipated. The Mayor was peppered with a wide range of questions from traffic to taxes, bicycle lanes to the Garden Garage project and more. He enthusiastically engaged in a lively Q & A with the community. Everyone was delighted that he stayed longer than expected to answer all of their questions.
