Right Here, Right Now: Mindfulness for Adults

Bring yourself back to the here and now with this introduction to mindfulness, which includes mild yoga, sitting meditation, and mindful listening.

Instructor Hua Yang, PhD, RYT-200, is a cognitive neuroscientist with a long-term interest in the connection among the brain, body, mind and lifestyle. She believes in the power of mindfulness to heal, empower and realize human potential.
