A pro-Trump rally at the Paul Revere Mall (Prado) in Boston’s North End on Saturday was met with a counter demonstration as the two groups marched through the neighborhood toward Boston Common.

Draped in American flags, several dozen Trump supporters participated in the march that was organized on Facebook along with other national “Make America Great” (MAGA) marches. The group posted, “We are marching to show our unequivocal support for our President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence as they work to rebuild our country and restore its promise for all Americans.” The group also praised military, police and firefighters in their demonstration.
The anti-Trump protest followed the with signs and flags representing the former Soviet Union. The groups verbally shouted at each other with masked anti-Trump marchers chanting about the recent failure of Congress to pass a repeal of the Affordable Healthcare Act, known as Obamacare.
Police moderated as two groups taunted each other although there were no physical alterations reported. See the video at WCVB TV.
