Commodore Construction has provided the following update on construction for the 12-story, 36-unit “The Boulevard” development project at 110 Broad Street.

The weather has been favorable and January moved along as planned. The pre-trenching process was completed early in the month, followed by start of the guide wall construction. Installation of the guide walls was completed on 1/22/17 and excavation for the slurry walls began on 1/23/17.

We have completed installation on 3 of the 19 slurry wall panels. The attached photo are at the start of excavation and placement of concrete at our first slurry wall panel.

Slurry wall installation will continue for the month of February and be complete in mid-March. Contact person is Ed Corey, Superintendent (781) 953-8847
