For harbor garage project, space is the current frontier

After the Boston Planning & Development Agency sifted through hundreds of community comment letters, the city may require Don Chiofaro’s harbor garage project to feature more open space on the site. The city has proposed allowing Chiofaro to provide just 30 percent of open space but is now considering 40 percent, which would squeeze the development footprint of the building, The Boston Globe has more on the story.
