A Boston first: medical marijuana for sale. 21 Milk Street is the sight for Boston’s first medical marijuana dispensary, after a long and arduous process. Company officials at Patriot Care expect Boston police to work special details, along with infrared security cameras to ensure safe operations. More than 200 state-certified patients had preregistered to shop in the dispensary, and company says they are prepared to handle at least 150 customers a day. The Uber war is over — Uber won. The long and bitter dispute between cabs and ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are soon to be settled, with Uber and Lyft looking victorious. Massport to build new park in East Boston in exchange for expanding international terminal. Simply put thanks to UniversalHub, Massport is going to build Piers Park II as part of its mitigation for expanding Terminal E.
