Do you know that dark corner on the side of City Hall? It’s now the new “City Hall Porch” and accessible on the 3rd floor mezzanine. The Porch adds to the recently installed Front Lawn as efforts to encourage people to use City Hall Plaza. The Porch features bench seating and lawn chairs. The Front Lawn has astroturf grass and lawn games. Still no word on the ferris wheel.
