7.        290 North Street, Matthew Olson:  Petitioner seeks to change the legal occupancy from a single family residential dwelling and a bed & breakfast to a four (4) family residential dwelling.  (Atty. Daniel Toscano, April 26th)

8.        27 Sheafe Street, Peter McGinnis:  Petitioner seeks to change the legal occupancy from a five (5) family residential dwelling to an eight (8) family residential dwelling.  Petitioner is proposing modifications to existing head house and to erect new roof deck for exclusive use of unit #7.  (Atty. 12.      193 Salem Street, Old North Church, Rev. Stephen Ayres:  Petitioner seeking NEWNC support for a water “wall” with the poem “Paul Revere’s Ride” inscribed on it as part of a renovated garden on the Old North Church Campus.

  1. Correction from Old North. We will be asking for support for a Browne Fund grant to design a water “wall” with the poem “Paul Revere’s Ride” inscribed on it. The wall would be installed in a remodeled garden. The North End community will be invited to participate in the design process should the project move forward.
