I only hope that all these condos that sold at astronomical prices have soundproofing. I have heard
from many people who are spending this kind of money, are not that happy when they have to hear
their neighbors just talking, or having gatherings or wild parties. When you start spending over
$500,000 & up, you should never, ever have to deal with any noise coming from neighboring condos.
The No.End/Waterfront area does not seem to have the soundproofing as a major factor like the
Seaport Area has. I also have heard for this kind of money, some of these condos DO NOT HAVE
THEIR ON WASHER & DRYERS, they have to share the laundry area, not at these prices. I can’t
say it enough, do your homework before spending this kind of money on condos, especially if you
require quietness & have an overbearing job that requires you to have a good nights sleep.
