Doggie Trick or Treat- Celebrate Halloween with Fido! Get your costumes ready! Meet in the Richmond Street dog run to receive a list/map of participating locations for our dogs to “trick or treat.” After, RUFF will be getting owners and friends together for a Halloween get together at The Living Room.
