6.   Reports from the Offices of Local Elected Officials

7.   2 Michelangelo Street, Pat Coppola:  Petitioner seeking to extend the living area of Unit #1 to include the basement. The basement is currently part of the living area in Unit #1 and has been so for many years.  There will be no construction associated with this appeal and there will be no change to the existing condition of the unit. (Atty. Lesley Hawkins)

8.   42 Cross Street, Joseph Pace:  Petitioner is seeking zoning change to allow for parking on his property.  The current building is due to be demolished.  (pro se)

9.   92-94 Salem Street, Nicholas D’Amore: Petitioner seeking to change the legal occupancy of the premises to 11 resident units and one commercial space by erecting a five story residential building at 3 Widget street.  The proposed structure would connect to the existing 6 residential units and commercial space at 92-94 Salem Street.  Building not to exceed 55 ft.
