Back to School, Back to NEMPAC!
The North End Music & Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) is getting ready to welcome back students and music instructors to kick off our 2015-16 Academic Year! Kids are back to school and adults are returning to their regular schedules. This makes for a great time to pick up an instrument, try out a new after-school class, or attend a Shakespeare Lecture! This season we begin our Private Music Instruction program on Monday, September 14th and all remaining programs begin the week after on Monday, September 21st. We are especially excited for our upcoming NEMPAC Children’s Music Theatre Troupe Fall production of Charlotte’s Web the Musical!
To further enhance our programs, NEMPAC is happy to welcome several new faculty members to our team this year! Ms. Allie Meek joins us as our new Kids Music Theatre Director on Monday Afternoons where she will be working with students Ages 4 – 6 in a mini production of Charlotte’s Web. We also welcome Manda Shepherd, local North End Resident and Graduate of Baldwin Wallace Conservatory, as our new Clarinet and Piano Instructor. Ms. Shepherd will also be assisting the NEMPAC administration with events and marketing as we approach our busy 2015-16 Performance Season!
