North End Against Drugs hosted their first of several Sports Nights that at Polcari Playground (Nazzaro) this summer. These events and refreshments are made possible thanks to proceeds received from Mayor Walsh’s Summer Fun Grant. The Nazzaro Center also helped to make the night a great success by providing older teens to help lead and participate in the games with the kids. Children enjoyed a night full of a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, and whiffle ball. These Sports Nights will occur every Friday night from 6-8:30 through the first weekend of August.
