This Garden Garage development impact advisory group meeting is regarding the amended and restated development plan for planned development area No. 07. This is a single residential building located on the site of the existing parking garage. The current plan is for a 46-story structure, is approximately 465 feet tall and will provide a total of approximately 530,000 square feet of development above grade, which will include approximately 510,000 square feet of residential space and approximately 486 units. Thursday, March 19 – St. Joseph’s Day
6:00pm Old North Gala “Spring Forward” at Filippo Ristorante [283 Causeway Street]
Filippo Ristorante will host an evening of hors d’oeuvres, music, a silent auction, an exciting raffle drawing, and cash bar. Old North Church is a revered historic landmark and a Boston treasure. This Annual gala is the congregation’s major fundraiser for the year. All are welcome. Meet new friends, show your support, and share memories in a festive setting.
