The US National Weather Service has officially declared a Blizzard Warning for Saturday night into Sunday. Travel will become dangerous Saturday night into Sunday across much of the region, but especially in eastern Massachusetts where whiteout conditions will combine with bitterly cold wind chills at times.
Boston is looking at another 10 to 14 inches of snow accumulation. Strong winds will be a key part of this storm, followed by extreme cold. High tide will be on Sunday morning.
