A car accident perhaps caused by slippery conditions shut down Atlantic Ave. in downtown Boston this morning, near the intersection of India St. Submitted by Bruce McCue.
In a snowstorm, we’re lucky to live downtown. The electricity stays on. Many shops stay open. We don’t need to drive. Outside it is silent, at least until your neighbor starts to shovel. The first snowstorm of the season has arrived in Boston. The storm began Sunday evening but the bulk of the snow came Monday night into Tuesday, closing many schools and local businesses.
