For twenty-years the North End Athletic Association (NEAA) Dodgers Baseball Program has been in full-swing participating in many out-of-town leagues throughout the spring and summer. The traveling teams four were made up of players ranging from 13 to over 21. Division titles and league champions were not uncommon for the Dodgers who played competitive baseball and have been praised by the leagues they participated in as having great sportsmanship. Currently, the Dodgers program is under the direction of Ralph Martignetti, who has the program’s best interest on his mind. He eats, drinks and thinks Dodgers baseball consistently. Running a four team traveling program is not an easy task but it has worked successfully for 20 years. The celebration was organized by Representative Aaron Michlewitz and his staff.

Dom, you were the best coach/manager a young kid could ever have. Not only learning baseball, but much more than that, respect for one another on and off the field. Angelo Messina, Sacred Heart Cardinals baseball. ( I’ll always remember your quote: uniforms do not make a team)
